Where we deliver
We currently accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom. International delivery is not offered. The delivery address and available services are checked at checkout.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, the estimated transit time is 2–4 business days unless a different timeframe is shown for the item or at checkout. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Delivery charges
Free standard shipping is currently offered through the delivery option shown at checkout. Any alternative service and its charge must be displayed before you place an order. The checkout total is the amount payable for the selected order and service.
Food, cakes and storage
Please check the individual product listing for storage instructions, shelf-life details and any product-specific dispatch arrangements. Cakes and other perishable items can require different handling from ambient packaged snacks. Contact us before ordering if the delivery timing or storage requirements are unclear.
Your delivery details
Enter a complete UK delivery address, including postcode, and accurate contact details. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly. We will check whether the order can still be amended before dispatch.
Tracking and delivery problems
Where tracking is available, use the dispatch information sent for your order. A label being created does not always mean that the carrier has collected the parcel. Contact us if tracking has stopped updating, the parcel is late or it is marked delivered but cannot be located.
Please report damaged or incorrect deliveries promptly and keep packaging where practical. We will investigate and explain the appropriate next step. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
