Our store

These terms apply to purchases through the Munchbury website. Munchbury sells snacks, sweets, bakery products and the other items shown in the current catalogue. We currently accept delivery orders within the UK. Our business contact details are provided below.

Product information

Read the product listing, pack size, price, ingredients, allergen information and storage instructions before ordering. Product packaging may change. Contact us before buying if a food requirement or product detail is unclear. Brand names belong to their respective owners and do not imply that this is an official brand-operated store.

Orders

Review your basket and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. An automated receipt acknowledges an order; it does not guarantee dispatch. We may need to resolve genuine stock, payment, address or pricing errors before accepting an order. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will explain the issue and arrange the appropriate refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP. Available payment methods, delivery options and the total payable are displayed at checkout. We will not increase an agreed order total without obtaining any agreement required by law.

Delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains processing times and delivery estimates. Tell us promptly about a failed, missing or damaged delivery so we can investigate. Responsibility for goods passes in accordance with applicable consumer law, not simply because a carrier has created a label or recorded a scan.
